1007 <br />Notice is hereby given that on March 27, 1972, at 7:15 o'clock p.m. <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Council of said City, City Hall, 835 E. <br />14th Street, San Leandro, California, any and all persons having any objec- <br />tions to the proposed vacation of said portion of Edgehill Court and said <br />portion of easement may appear before said Council and show cause why said <br />proposed vacation should not be ordered. <br />The City Clerk shall cause this Resolution of Intention to be published <br />once in the official newspaper of the City of San Leandro. Said publication <br />shall be not less than ten days prior to the date of hearing. <br />This resolution shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the por- <br />tion of Edgehill Court and the portion of easement to be vacated at least ten <br />days before the date of hearing. Such resolution shall be posted not more than <br />300 feet apart, but at least three shall be posted. <br />Introduced by Councilman Kant and passed and adopted this <br />6th day of March, 1972, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen Kant, Nahm, Polvorosa, Pomares, Suerstedt; <br />Mayor Maltester ( 6 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: Councilman Coppa ( 1 ) <br />Attest: <br />Richard H.
