Commencing at the intersection of the northwestern line of Floresta Boulevard, formerly Halcyon Drive, said northwestern line being the southeastern line of Lot 12, as said lot is shown on the "Partition Map of the Leonard Stone Estate", filed October 8, 1895, in Book 15 of Maps, page 36, Alameda County Records, and or its direct production, with the southwestern line of Washington Avenue, formerly Watkins Street as said Washington Avenue existed �Iay 8, 1962; thence along the said southwestern line of Washington Avenue north 28 07' 30" west 142.760 feet to the southwestern line of Chapman Road, 20 feet wide, as said Chapman Road existed May 8, 1962; thence along said southwestern line of Chapman Road north 420 40' 45" west 47.752 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence north 280 07' 30" west 64.971 feet to a tangent ocurve concave to the southwest having a radius of 32 feet and a central angle of 77 18' 57'; thence northwesterly and westerly along said curve 43.181 feet to the said southwestern line of hapman Road; thence along the said southwestern line of Chapman Road south 42 40' 45" east 99.378 feet to the actual point of beginning. Section 2. That a portion of Floresta Boulevard located within the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, is unnecessary for present or prospective public use and said portion of Floresta Boulevard is hereby vacated and abandoned. Said portion of Floresta Boulevard is described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the northwestern line of Floresta Boulevard, formerly Halcyon Drive, said northwestern line being the southeastern line of Lot 12, as said lot is shown on the "Partition Map of the Land of the Leonard Stone Estate", filed October 8, 1895, in Book 15 of Maps, page 36, Alameda County Records, and or its direct production, with the southwestern line of Washington Avenue, formerly Watkins Street, as said Washington Avenue existed May 8, 1962* thence along the aforementioned northwestern line of Floresta Boulevard south 62 west 12.483 feet to its intersection with a curve concave to the west, having a radius of 112 feet and a central angle of 210 27' 1911, a radial line at said point of intersection bears north 67 11' 47" east, said point of intersection being the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along said curve southeasterly 41.940 feet to a compound cure concave to the northwest, having a radius of 32 feet and a central angle of 73 32' 16"; thence along the last mentioned curve southerly and southwesterly 41.07� feet to a compound curve having a radius of 292 feet and a central angle of 17 29' 38'; thence along the last mentioned Surve westerly 89.155 feet to a tangent line; thence along said tangent line south 89 41' west 31.374 feet to a tangent curve concave to the south, having a radius of 300 feet and a central angle of 6 22' 46"; thence along said curve westerly 33.403 feet to its intersection with the aforementioned northwestern line of Floresta Boulevard, a radial line at said point of intersection bears 6 41104611 west; thence along the said northwestern line of Floresta Boulevard north 620 east 187.867 feet to the actual point of beginning. -2-
