e <br />Section 3. Reserved and excepted from both of the foregoing vacation and <br />abandonment is an easement and right in and for the benefit of the City of San Leandro <br />and any public or private utility having an interest therein, at any time, or from time to <br />time, to enter upon and to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove, and renew <br />sanitary sewers, and storm drains and appurtenant structures, to construct, maintain, <br />operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge lines of pipe, conduits, cables, wires, poles <br />and other convenient structures, equipment, and fixtures for the operation of television, <br />telegraphic and telephone lines, for the transportation or distribution of electric energy, <br />and for the transportation of water or natural gas, including access and the right to keep <br />the property free from inflammable materials, and weed growth, and otherwise protect <br />the same from all hazards, in, upon and over the entire portion of Chapman Road and <br />Floresta Boulevard to be abandoned. <br />Section 4.
