That portion of Floresta Boulevard so proposed to be vacated ana <br />is described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the northwestern line of Flor( <br />Boulevard, formerly Halcyon Drive, said northwestern line being <br />the southeastern line of Lot 12, as said lot is shown on the "Parti <br />Map of the Land of the Leonard Stone Estate", filed October 8, <br />1895, in Book 15 of Maps, page 36, Alameda County Records, <br />and or its direct production, with the southwestern line of Washir <br />Avenue, formerly Watkins Street, as said Washington Avenue <br />existed May 8, 1962; thence along tie aforementioned northwest( <br />line of Floresta Boulevard south 62 west 12.483 feet to its inter <br />section with a curve concave to the west, having a radius of 112 <br />feet and a central angle of 210 27' 1911, a radial line at said point <br />of intersection bears north 670 11' 47" east, said point of inter- <br />section being the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence along <br />said curve southeasterly 41.940 feet to a compound curve concav <br />to the northwest, having a radius of 32 feet and a central angle <br />of 73 32' 16"; thence along the last mentioned curve southerly <br />and southwesterly 41.071 feet to a compound curve having a <br />radius of 292 feet and a central angle of 17 29' 38"; thence along <br />the last mentioned curve westerly 89.165 feet to a tangent line; <br />thence along said tangent line south 89 41' west 31.374 feet to <br />a tangent curve concave <br />oto the south, having a radius of 300 feet <br />and a central angle of 6 22' 46"; thence along said curve westerly <br />33.403 feet to its intersection with the aforementioned north- <br />western line of Floresta Boulevard, a radial line at said point <br />of intersection bears north 6 41' 46" west; thence along the said <br />northwestern line of Floresta Boulevard north 620 east 187.867 <br />feet to the actual point of beginning. <br />These proceedings are taken subject to the reservation and exception there- <br />from of an easement and right in and for the benefit of the City of San Leandro and <br />any public and private utility having an interest therein, at any time or from time to <br />time, to enter upon and to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove and renew <br />sanitary sewers, and storm drains and appurtenant structures, to construct maintain, <br />operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge lines of pipe, conduits, cables, wires, poles <br />and other convenient structures, equipment, and fixtures for the operation of television, <br />telegraphic and telephone lines, for the transportation or distribution of electric energy, <br />and for the transportation of water or natural gas, including access and the right to keep <br />the property free from flammable materials, weed growth, and otherwise protect the <br />same from all hazards, in, upon and over the entire described portion of Chapman Road <br />and Floresta Boulevard to be abandoned. <br />IWAE <br />
