therein, at any time, or from time to time, to enter upon and to construct, main- <br />tain, operate, replace, remove, and renew sanitary sewers, and storm drains and <br />appurtenant structures, to construct, maintain, operate, replace, remove, renew <br />and enlarge lines of pipe, conduits, cables, wires, poles and other convenient <br />structures, equipment, and fixtures foT the operation of television, telegraphic <br />and telephone lines, for the transportation or distribution of electric energy, <br />and for the transportation of water or natural gas, including access and.the <br />right to keep the property free from inflammable materials, and weed growth, and <br />otherwise protect the same from all hazards, in, upon and over the entire portion <br />of Homans Avenue to be abandoned. <br />Section 2.
