Y <br />1245 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74 - 120 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF GRANT OF <br />STORM DRAIN EASEMENT (Alameda County Flood <br />Control and Water Conservation District) <br />Recitals <br />The Director of Public Works has recommended that the grant of storm <br />drain easement, a copy of which is attached, be executed. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />as follows: <br />That said grant of storm drain easement is hereby approved and the Mayor <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of this City. <br />Introduced by Councilman Polvorosa and passed and adopted this <br />6th day of May, 1974, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen Coppa, Frazier, Gill, Polvorosa, Seymon, Suerstedt; <br />Mayor Maltester ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: <br />Richard H.
