GRANT OF STORM DRAIN EASEMENT <br />The CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, hereby grants, <br />assigns and transfers to ALAMEDA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVA- <br />TION DISTRICT, a body corporate and politic, all right, title and interest <br />which it may hold in storm drain easements in, or, over and across the <br />following described real property: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of the storm drain ease- <br />ment in Lot 18 and Lot 19 of Tract 1792, as shown on the map <br />thereof filed June 21, 1957 in Book 38 of Maps at page 31, <br />Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows: <br />Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 19; thence <br />along the southwest line of said Lot 19 north 27*30' west 508.65 <br />feet; thence along the west line of said Lot 19 and the west line <br />of said Lot 18 north 22°17' west 153.98 feet; thence north 67043' <br />east 25.00 feet; thence along a line drawn parallel with and 25.00 <br />feet easterly, measured at right angles, from the said west line of <br />Lot 18, south 22*17' east 34.43 feet, more or less; thence along <br />the southeast line of said Lot 18 north 39°14'55" east 6.83 feet; <br />thence along a line drawn parallel with and 31.00 feet easterly, <br />measured at right angles, from the said west line of Lot 19, south <br />22°17' east 121.43 feet, more or less; thence along a line drawn <br />parallel with and 31.00 feet northeasterly, measured at right angles, <br />from the said southwest line of Lot 19, south 27°30' east 446.02 feet <br />to the southeast line of said Lot 19; thence along last said line <br />along a non -tangent curve, concave to the east, having a radius of <br />483.60 feet, through a central angle of 8°07'58" a distance of 68.64 <br />feet to the Beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 19,300 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />DATED: <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal <br />corporation <br />By <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA ) <br />JACK D.
