t <br />Im <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70 - 97 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING GRANT OF STORM DRAIN AND <br />ASSIGNMENT OF EASEMENT (Alameda County Flood <br />Control and Water Conservation District) <br />Recitals <br />The City Manager and the Director of Public Works have <br />recommended that the grant of storm drain and assignment of ease- <br />ment, a copy of which is attached, be granted. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said grant of storm drain and assignment of easement is hereby <br />approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br />same on behalf of this City. <br />Introduced by Councilman Pomares and passed and <br />adopted this 4th day of May, 1970, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen Coppa, Kant, Nahm, Polvorosa, Pomares, Suerstedt; <br />Mayor Ma) -tester ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: None <br />Attest: <br />Richard H.
