04 9 <br />GRANT OF STORM DRAIN <br />AND ASSIGNMENT OF EASEMENT <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation., hereby grants to ALAMEDA <br />COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT, a body corporate and <br />polit,ic,all right, title and interest which it may have in. that storm drain <br />and appurtenances thereto now existing within those certain premises in the <br />City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, described as follows: <br />A portion of the land of David J. Rust and Edloe B. Rust, <br />his wife, as said land is described in the instrument re- <br />corded April 14, 1959, in Book 8993, page 281, Official <br />Records of Alameda County, described as follows: <br />PARCEL I <br />A strip of land 15 feet wide, the centerline of said strip <br />being described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the northern line of <br />Lake Chabot Road (County Road No. 7759) with the north- <br />eastern line of the 409.85 acre tract of land described <br />Eighth in the Final Decree of Distribution in the Matter <br />of the Estate of Georges LeRoy, deceased, dated May 6, 1946, <br />in the Superior Court of Contra Costa County, Probate Case <br />No. 11748, a certified copy of said Decree was recorded <br />November 22, 1948, in Book 5660, page 403, Official Records <br />of Alameda County; thence along said northeastern line, north <br />15' 10' 05" west 2.01 feet; thence north 79' 09' 17" west <br />139.48 feet to a tangent curve concave to the northeast, <br />having a radius of 770 feet, and a central angle of 3° 51' 40": <br />thence along said curve, northwesterly 51.89 feet to its inter- <br />section with a non -tangent line, said non -tangent line being <br />the centerline of said 15 foot wide strip of land, said point <br />of intersection being the Actual Point of Beginning: thence <br />along said centerline, north 41' 12' 21" west 204.71 feet to <br />the northwestern terminus of said Parcel I. <br />PARCEL II <br />A strip of land 30 feet wide described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northwestern terminus of the said center- <br />line of Parcel I; thence north 48' 47' 39" east 15.00 feet; <br />thence north 41° 12' 21" west 42.05 feet; thence south 40" 59' 35" <br />west 30.28 feet; thence south 41' 12' 21" east 37.94 feet; thence <br />north 48° 47' 39" east 15.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />PARCEL III <br />A strip of land 15 feet wide, the centerline of said strip being <br />described as follows: <br />Commencing at the northeastern corner of said Parcel II; <br />thence along the northwestern line of said Parcel II, south <br />40' 59' 35" west 16.09 feet to the centerline of said 15 foot <br />wide strip of land, being the Actual Point of Beginning; thence <br />along said centerline north 49° 00' 25' west 22.29 feet; thence <br />
