IN THE CITY COUWIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. CeHoyo <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK <br />(Bayfair Improvements) <br />Recitals <br />Bayfair has been engaged in the construction of certain improve- <br />ments located in public ways and places in this City, all of which is <br />particularly set forth on that certain map consisting of four sheets <br />and entitled "Improvements Accepted From Bayfair", a copy of which is <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk and which is, by this reference, <br />incorporated herein. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications therefor and to the satisfaction of the Director of <br />Public Works who has, therefore, recommended that the same be accepted-. <br />Now, therefore:, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows <br />That the works and improvements set forth upon said map and here- <br />inabov., referred to be, and the same hereby are, accepted. <br />Introduced by Councilman <br />and passed and <br />adopted this day of September, 1957, by the following called vote-. <br />Ayes-.
