TO THE HOI\JORABLE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />The undersigned, Capital Company, a corporation, hereby petitions <br />your Honorable Body to annex to the City of San Leandro the hereinafter <br />described property, and to that end we respectfully represent° <br />That we are the owners of not less than one-fourth of the area of <br />land in such territory, to wit, that we own the whole thereof and that <br />we represent not less than one-fourth of the assessed value of such <br />territory according to the last preceding equalized assessment roll of <br />Alameda County in which said territory is situated, to wit, that we <br />represent the whole of such assessed value. <br />The property hereby requested to be annexed is all that land <br />situated in the township of Eden, county of Alameda, and state of Cali- <br />fornia, described on Exhibit "A" hereto annexed and made a part hereof, <br />CAPITAL COMPAIN <br />Date <br />By --- <br />
