There is also en- <br />o sedd herewith a copy of a petition which is to be pre- <br />sented to the City of Oakland in which it is proposed <br />to detach from the City of Oakland property described in <br />Exhibit A and to have annexed to the City of Oakland the <br />property described in Exhibit B. These petitions are re- <br />ciprocal in their effect. That is, the property now in <br />Oakland will be annexed to San Leandro and the property <br />now in San Leandro will be annexed to the City of Oakland. <br />Maps of the areas effected and copies of the Boun- <br />dary Commission's approval are attached to the petitions. <br />We would appreciate your submitting this matter to <br />the City Council for its consideration and approval.
