PETITION FOR ANNEXATION OF UNIMMITED <br />THMITORY TO THE CITY O! SAN LZAHDRO, <br />AND DETACHMENT OF UNINHABITED TERRITORY <br />IN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />The undersigned property owners hereby make appli- <br />cation to have annexed to the City of San Leandro all <br />that property now situate in the City of Oakland, to be <br />detached therefrom, and more particularly described in <br />EXHIBIT A attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br />The undersigned property owners hereby make appli- <br />cation to have detached from the Clity of San Leandro, to <br />be annexed to the City of Oakland, all that property now <br />situate in the City of San Leandro and more particularly <br />described in EXHIBIT B attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference. <br />Said territories are uninhabited territories and <br />are situated in the respective cities as aforesaid in <br />the County of Alameda, State of California. <br />The undersigned petitioners are owners of all of <br />the land in the territories proposed to be detached from <br />the City of Oakland and annexed to the City of San <br />Leandre, by area and by assessed ;slue as shown on the <br />last equalization assessment role of said cities and <br />county in which the territories are situated. <br />A copy of the favorable report of the Bounday Com- <br />mission of Alameda County is attached hereto. <br />NAME <br />August 2?U, 1959 <br />MURRIS Y G CO.J*VANY <br />190 NINETY -EIGHTH AVE, 19 <br />
