C <br />0 <br />P <br />Y <br />TT -PORT AND MCOMMENDATION NO. 490 <br />OF <br />ALADIEDA COUNTY BOUNDARY COMMISSION <br />To the Board of Supervisors <br />County of Alameda <br />Court House <br />Oakland, California <br />Gentlemen: <br />')HEREAS, there was submitted to the Alameda County Boundary Commission on May 1, 1957, <br />P. proposal from L. B. Royal, et al. to annex certain territory to t he City of San Leandro, <br />known as L. B. Royal, et al., Annex; and <br />'A EREAS, the Alameda County Boundary Commission did at its meeting of May 13, 1957, <br />give consideration to such proposal and did compare the proposed change in the boundaries <br />of said District with those of other districts within the County and ascertained the extent <br />to which overlapping or conflicting boundaries may result from such proposal that might be <br />inimical to the public interest; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is the report and recommendation of the Alameda <br />County Foundary Commission with respect to the proposal from L. B. Royal, et al., to annex <br />certain territory to the City of San Leandro, known as L. B. Royal, et al., Annex: <br />1. That the description of the lands be corrected to read as corrected in red on <br />the attached description. <br />2. That the Clerk of the Boundary Commission be directed to file this report <br />with the Board of Supervisors and to furnish copies thereof to L. B.
