C.M ??? <br />SUMMARY JUSTIFICATION <br />LAFCO is being requested to approve the annexation of this parcel <br />in order to eliminate unincorporated islands now totally surrounded by <br />City of San Leandro since these parcels presently enjoy most of the <br />facilities and services of the City without participating in their cost. <br />II PROPOSAL AREA <br />1. General Industrial I-2 <br />2. Industrial and R.R. right of way <br />3. Land use would conform to requirements of City's Zoning Ordinance <br />and General Plan. <br />4. All adjacent property zoned and used industrially. <br />5. Land presently zoned M-2, Heavy Industrial, by Alameda County. <br />6. If annexed, City of San Leandro's General Plan would require zoning <br />to I-2, General Industrial. <br />The zoning would be done concurrently with the Resolution of <br />Intention to annex. ?? <br />7.
