IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3 ,�11 C.M.S. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT <br />(Mary Joseph Cunha) <br />Whereas, a contract with Mary Joseph Cunha has been presented <br />to this Council; and <br />Whereas, the City Council is familiar with the contents there- <br />of; and <br />Whereas, the City Manager has recommended the execution of <br />said agreement; <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro <br />does RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said contract be and the same hereby is approved and the <br />Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on be- <br />half of this City. <br />Introduced by Councilman and passed and <br />adopted this 2d day of March, 1959, by the following called vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: <br />Noes: Councilmen: ( ) <br />Absent: Councilmen: ( ) <br />Mayor of the- City of San Leandro <br />Attest: <br />H.
