This resolution rescinds the <br />Board's previous Resolution No. B4113 and corrects <br />the description to properly describe the property <br />involved in the de -annexation proceedings. <br />As indicated to you in our letter of <br />April 18, 1956s the Southern Pacific Company has <br />been asked to consent to the de -annexation of <br />this property from San Leandro and the annexation <br />thereof to Oakland. <br />Very t ruly yours., <br />J.
