2. That the respective officers of said County, charged by law <br />with the duty of collecting taxes having in their custody and taxes <br />or moneys collected for or on behalf of said City pursuant to the terns <br />and provisions of said Ordinance No. 736 N.S. and of the Charters of <br />the County of Alameda and of the City of San Leandro, and of State <br />law, shall deduct fro= said taxes or moneys in their hands the said <br />amount before the payment thereof to the Treasurer of said City; <br />3.
