of such taxes, and for the performance by county officers of <br />the duties of officers of such cities respectin_, such :utters; <br />and to provide for the compensation to be acid to counties <br />by such cities for the services perfcr=2d by such county <br />officers for such cities under the provisions of this Act", <br />approved June 6, 1913; and <br />Wi_S, said Ordinance provides that the functions of the said <br />City relating to the assessment of property for taxation, equalization, <br />and correction of such assessments, the collection, payment and enforce- <br />ment of taxes, assessments or penalties levied for runicinal purposes, <br />including delinquent taxes or assessments, the sale of property for <br />non-payment of municipal taxes, assessments or penalties levied <br />thereon and the redemption thereof, and any and all of the powers, <br />duties or functions of any officer, board or commission of said City <br />relating to any or all of the ratters aforesaid, shall be transferred <br />to, assumed and performed by the respective officers, boards or <br />commissions of Alameda County performing similar function in respect <br />to county taxes in said County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE.. IT IS 1:17 TALLY Ar= BY AIM BE77EEN TIC <br />PARTIES HERETO AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the amount of compensation to be charged by and <br />paid to said County for the performance of the services, duties and <br />functions contemplated by the above mentioned Ordinance Ab. 736 N.S. <br />of said City, and by the Charters of the County of Alameda and of the <br />City of San Leandro and by State law, shall be and hereby is fixed <br />at one-half of one percent of all amounts of money collected by said <br />County for said City pursuant to the provisions of said Ordinance, <br />Charters, and State Laws; <br />3• <br />
