13-141'75AIN <br />8 <br />1ft-54 <br />AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLETION OF ANNEXATION <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA ) <br />Richard H. West, being first duly sworn, deposes and says; <br />That he is now and at all times herein mentioned was the duly appointed, <br />qualified and acting Clerk of the City of San Leandro, a municipal <br />corporation, and ex officio Clerk of the City Council of said City. <br />That pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited <br />Territory Act of 1939, the City Council of the City of San Leandro did, <br />on February 20, 1973, adopt Resolution No. 73-50 annexing to the City of <br />San Leandro the territory described in said Resolution, a certified copy <br />of which Resolution is attached hereto. <br />That said Clerk did immediately thereafter transmit to the Secretary <br />of State a certified copy of said Resolution. <br />That there is attached hereto the certificate of the Secretary of State <br />filed in hlscoffice;_on September 17, 1973. <br />Executed this 8th day of October, 1973. <br />Richard H.
