i 1 l l41758 RE:3536 !M 565 IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO. 73 - 50 RESOLUTION OF ANNEXATION Recitals The City of San Leandro initiated proceedings to annex territory here- inafter described. Annexation without notice or hearing was approved by the Local Agency Formation Commission of Alameda County. All affected property owners have consented to said annexation. Said territory is uninhabited as defined by the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939. On February 5, 1973, the City Council of the City of San Leandro adopted Resolution No. 73-44, giving notice of proposed annexation of said properties. No persons owning property within the City of San Leandro who do not also own property within the area to be annexed appeared to protest said an- nexation. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as follows: That, pursuant to Section 35310.1 of the Government Code, the City Coun- cil of the City of San Leandro does hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described, which property is designated as "Grant Avenue Annexation, Unit 91, Jeras Corporation"; That the territory proposed to be annexed is described as all that land situated in the Township of Eden, Alameda County, California: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Southern Boundary line of that certain tract of land annexed to the City of San Leandro under Ordinance No. 1009 N.S., adopted August 6, 1956, a map of which was filed January 14, 1957, in Map Book 40, at pages 81-83 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, with the Northwestern line of Grant Avenue, 86.00 feet wide, as said Northwestern line is shown delineated on "Record of Survey No. 476," filed July 13, 1972, in Book 8 of Record of Surveys, at pages 85-89, (72-94266), Records of Alameda County, California; running thence Southwesterly along said Northwestern line of said avenue 794.751 feet to an angle point or. the general Southern boundary line of said Record of Survey No. 476; thence Northwesterly leaving said Northwestern line of said avenue, along said general Southern boundary line of said Record of Survey No. 476, 108.232 feet to said Southern Boundary line of said City of San Leandro; thence Northeasterly along the last named line 778.25 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
