Jeras Corporation" to tt,.e laity of San Leandro; ana <br />WHEREAS, one of the conditions of that annexation was that the area <br />be detached from the Hayward Area Recreation and Parr District and County <br />Service Area L-2 and F 65-4; and <br />WHEREAS, the Hayward Area Recreation. and Park District was not noti- <br />fied of this proposed action; and <br />WHEREAS, after notification to said District, the matter was duly <br />reconsidered by the Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED: <br />That the area he detached from the Hayward Area Recreation and <br />Park District, and that the District be authorized to conduct. <br />the detachment proceedings without notice and hearing. <br />!
