1/28/71 <br />I discussed EBMUD action with Dick Ward. He says all property in <br />this area all the way to Hayward, is already in the District, with the <br />exception of W.P.R.R. right of way from Hesperian Blvd. to the Hayward <br />City Limit. If this is so, we are not concerned with action taken by <br />EBMUD. Public Utilities Code §§13911, 13912. <br />Mcs <br />
