1095 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70 -- 232 <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING LACK OF MAJORITY PROTEST <br />(Hesperian Boulevard Properties Between the Castro <br />Valley Freeway and the Western Pacific Railroad, <br />Unit No. 90) <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro on August 24, 1970, or. <br />its own motion, adopted Resolution No. 70-209 and thereby duly and <br />regularly initiated proceedings to annex the hereinafter described <br />territory. <br />The time for the hearing of any written protests against the <br />annexation made by any person owning real property within the <br />territory to be annexed has arrived, and no owner of property within <br />the territory proposed to be annexed has filed written protest against <br />the proposed annexation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That this Council finds and declares that no majority protest has <br />been made to the annexation of Hesperian Boulevard Properties between <br />the Castro Valley Freeway and the Western Pacific Railroad, Unit No. 90. <br />Introduced by Councilman Suerstedt and passed and adopted <br />this 5th day of October, 1970, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: COUncilmen Coppa, Kant, Nahm, Polvorosa, Pomares, Suerstedt: <br />Mayor Maltester ( 7 ) <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Jack D.
