1095 <br />DECLARATION OF MAILING <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 70 - 166 <br />(Hesperian Boulevard Properties between the <br />Castro Valley Freeway and the Western Pacific <br />Railroad, Unit No. 90) <br />I, Richard H. West, say: <br />That I am and at all times herein mentioned was City <br />Clerk of the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California; <br />That pursuant to the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory <br />Act of 1939 and Resolution No. 70 - 209 of the City Council of the <br />City of San Leandro, I mailed a copy of the attached Resolution <br />Amending Resolution No. 70 - 166 (Hesperian Boulevard Properties <br />between the Castro Valley Freeway and the Western Pacific Railroad, <br />Unit No. 90) by placing the same in an envelope addressed to all <br />persons owning real property proposed to be annexed, whose names and <br />addresses appear on the last equalized assessment roll of the County <br />of Alameda, at said persons' addresses as shown on such roll, which <br />envelope was thereafter, and on August 26, 1970, with postage fully <br />prepaid thereon, deposited in the United States mail at San Leandro, <br />California; <br />That there is a delivery service by United States mail at <br />the place so addressed, or regular communication by United States <br />mail between the place of mailing and the place so addressed. <br />I declare under penalty of perjury the foregoing is true <br />and correct. <br />Dated: September 15, 1970. --� <br />Richard H.
