IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 63 -314 <br />RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE OF PROPOSED ANNEXATION <br />OF SAN LEANDRO INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, UNIT NO. 83 <br />(Ugo Abram and A. J. Mendonca) <br />Whereas, this City Council has received the written petition <br />containing a description of the hereinafter described territory by <br />which it is sought to annex such territory to this City, which peti- <br />tion is signed by the owners of not less than one-fourth of the land <br />in the territory by area, to wit: the owners of all of said land and <br />of all of the assessed value as shown on the last equalized assessment <br />roll of the county in which the territory is situated; and <br />Whereas, prior to the filing of the above -mentioned petition, the <br />proposal for the annexation of the hereinafter described real property <br />to the City of San Leandro was submitted to and reported upon to the <br />proponents thereof by the Alameda County Boundary Commission of the <br />State of California, with respect to the definiteness and certainty of <br />the proposed boundaries, the nonconformance of proposed boundaries <br />with lines of assessment or ownership, the creation of islands or cor- <br />ridors of unincorporated territory and other similar matters affecting <br />the proposed boundaries; and <br />Whereas, it appears to this Council that it would be to the advan- <br />tage of this City that said territory be annexed; and <br />Whereas, said territory is uninhabited: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That notice is hereby given that it is proposed to annex to the <br />City of San Leandro the hereinafter described property which may be <br />and is hereby designated for identification as the ''SAN LEANDRO <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, UNIT NO. 83 (Ugo Abram and A. J. Mendonca); <br />That notice is hereby further given that at 8:15 o'clock p.m., <br />on July 15, 1963, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, San Le- <br />andro, California, any person owning real property within the <br />
