Real property in the Township of Eden, County of
<br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at an anglepoint in the City of San Leandro
<br />boundary 1 ine �as established by Ordinance 957 N.S. as shown
<br />on the map filed January 19, 1955 in Map Book 32, page 5 8A,
<br />Alameda County Records, said point being the intersection of
<br />the northeastern line of Merced Street, 60.00 feet wide, more
<br />or less, with the northwestern line of First Avenue (West
<br />Ave. 132) 60 feet wide; thence along the said City of San
<br />Leandro boundary line and along said northwestern line of
<br />First Avenue north 620 30' east 322.46 feet to the most
<br />southern corner of the territory annexed to the City of San
<br />Leandro by Ordinance No. 1005 N.S. as shown on the map filed
<br />November 1, 1956 in Map Book 40, page 77, Alameda County
<br />Records; thence along the City of San Leandro boundary line
<br />establishe,i by said Ordinance No. 1005 N.S. the following
<br />courses: north 270 30' west 178.00 feet; north 620 30' east
<br />244.72 feet; south 270 30' east 134.90 feet; south 620 30'
<br />west 113.00 feet; and south 270 30' east 43.10 feet, more or
<br />less, to the City of San Leandro boundary line established
<br />by the aforementioned Ordinance No. 957 N.S.; thence along
<br />the said City of San Leandro boundary line established by
<br />Ordiance No. 957 N.S. north 620 30' east 113.00 feet to its
<br />intersection with the southwestern line of the parcel of land
<br />described in deed from George R. Mendonca, Junior and Beatrice
<br />J. Mendonca, his wife, to State of California, dated March 6,
<br />1950 and recorded April 12, 1950 in Book 6075 of Official
<br />Records, page 416, of Alameda County; thence leaving last
<br />,R'said boundary line along the said southwestern line north
<br />270 24' 25" west 30.02 feet to the point of intersection
<br />thereof with the northwestern line of the last mentioned
<br />parcel of land, said point being a point on the general
<br />southwesterly right of way line of the Nimitz Freeway, R6ad
<br />IV ALA 69-C, S.Ln., as said general southwesterly line is
<br />delineated on sheet 13 of 99 sheets, designated "AS BUILT",
<br />and filed August 15, 1955, in State Highway Map Book No. 3,
<br />Section 5 thereof under Recorder's Series No. AK 87582, Records
<br />of Alameda County, California; thence along said general south-
<br />westerly right of wWline as follows: northeasterly along the are
<br />of a curve to the left, tangent at last said point to a course
<br />which bears North 610 28' 59" east, the radius of which curve
<br />is 150 feet, a distance along said arc of 109.60 feet; thence
<br />tangent to last said arc north 190 37' 13" east 337.33 feet;
<br />thence northeasterly, northerly and northwesterly along the are
<br />of a curve to the left, tangent to last said course, the radius
<br />of which curve is 300 feet, a distance along said arc of 357.83
<br />feet; thence tangent to last said arc north 480 43' 10" west
<br />47.59 feet, more or less, to a line parallel with the south-
<br />eastern line of the territory annexed to the City of San Leandro
<br />by Ordinance No. 959 N.S. as shown on the map filed January 19,
<br />1955 in Map Book 32, page 60A, Alameda County Records, and
<br />distant southeasterly 0.08 feet, measured at right angles thereto:
<br />thence leaving said general southwesterly right of way line of the
<br />Nimitz Freeway along said parallel line and along the direct pro-
<br />duction southwesterly thereof south 620 30' west 646.8h feet,
<br />more or less, to the City of San Leandro boundary line established
