TO THE HONORABLE CITY "I":OUNC C L <br />OF THE C iTY OF SA.N LEANDRO <br />The undersigned, UGO ABRAM and A. J. MENDONCA, hereby <br />petition your Honorable Body to annex to the City of <br />San Leandro the hereinafter described property, and to that <br />end we respectfully represent: <br />That we are the owners of not less than one-fourth of <br />the area of land in such territory, to wit, that we own the <br />whole thereof, and that we represent not less than one-fourth <br />of the assessed value of such territory according to the last <br />preceding equalized assessment roll of Alameda County in <br />which said territory is situated, to wit, that we represent <br />the whole of such assessed value. <br />We also agree, in view of the fact that we shall receive <br />all the benefit of the existing bcnded indebtedness of the <br />City, to pay our proper pro rata of such indebtedness. <br />The property hereby requested to be annexed is all that <br />land situated in the Township of Eden, County of Alameda, and <br />State of California, described on "Exhibit All hereto annexed <br />and made a part hereof. <br />/s/ Ct� <br />Ugo Abram <br />A. .
