IT "A" <br />Real property in Eden Township, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, described as follows: <br />BEGIANING at the intersection of the northeastern line <br />of the Southern Pacific Company right of way with the south- <br />western line of the parcel of land described in the deed by <br />Dennis Sullivan to John Mathews, dated March 9, 1875, and <br />recorded in Book 105 of Deeds, at page 415, Alameda County <br />Records, said southwestern line being the City of San Leandro <br />boundary line established by Ordinance ITo. 723 N.S. as shown <br />on the map entitled: "Map Delineating Boundary of Territory <br />Annexed to the City of San Leandro, Calif. by Ordinance Ito. <br />723 N.S. Under Annexation Uninhabited Territory Act of 1929", <br />filed December 12, 1946 in Book 9 of Maps, page 46, Alameda <br />County Records; thence along the said City of San Leandro <br />boundary line north 130 02, west 458.10 feet to an intersection <br />thereof with the northwesterly line of that certain parcel <br />of land conveyed by East Bay Title Co., a California corporation, <br />to Dallman Supply Company, a partnership, by deed dated February <br />5- 1963, and recorded in Reel 793 of Official Records, at image <br />251, Records of Alameda County, California; thence along said <br />northwesterly line and along the direct production southwesterly <br />thereof south 76' 58, west to the northeastern line of the City <br />of San Leandro boundary line established by Ordinance No. 846 N.S. <br />as shown on the map entitled "Map Delineating Boundary of <br />Territory Annexed to the City of San Leandro, California, <br />by Ordinance No. 846 N.S. Under Annexation of Uninhabited <br />Territory Act of 1939", filed November 16, 1951 in Book 32 <br />of Maps, pa.;e 28, Alameda County Records, said northeastern <br />line being also the southwestern line of the aforementioned <br />Southern Pacific Co. right of way; thence along the said City <br />of San Leandro boundary line south 550 311 east to the most <br />northern corner of the territory annexed to the City of San <br />Leandro by Ordinance No. 732 N.S. as shown on the map entitled <br />"Map Delineating Boundary of Territory Annexed to the City of <br />San Leandro, Calif,, by Ordinance No. 732 N.S. Under Annexation <br />Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939", filed March 31, 1947 in Book <br />9 of Maps, page 51, Alameda County Records; thence along the City <br />of San Leandro boundary line established by said Ordinance No. 732 <br />N.S. the two following courses; south 550 311 east 243.25 feet to <br />a curve tangent with the last named course, and concave to the <br />southwest, having a radius of 2835.00 feet and a central angle of <br />80 01s 34"; thence southeasterly along said curve 397.13 feet to <br />the City of San Leandro boundary line established by the afore- <br />mentioned Ordinance No. 723 N.S.; thence along the said City of <br />San Leandro boundary line north 130 02, west to the point of <br />beginning. <br />LD 63-42 <br />I P._ <br />
