TO THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />The undersigned, DALLMAN SUPPLY COMPANY, hereby <br />petitions your Honorable Body to annex to the City of <br />San Leandro the hereinafter described property, and <br />to that end we respectfully represent: <br />That we are the owners of not less than one-fourth <br />of the area of land in such territory and that we repre- <br />sent not less than one-fourth of the assessed value of <br />such territory according to the last preceding equalized <br />assessment roll of Alameda County in which said territory <br />is situated. <br />We also agree, in view of the fact that we shall <br />receive all the benefit of the existing bonded indebt- <br />edness of the City, to pay our proper pro rata of such <br />indebtedness. <br />The property hereby requested to be annexed is all <br />that land situated in the Township of Eden, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described on ''Exhibit A'' <br />hereto annexed and made a part hereof. <br />DALLMAN/SUPPLY COMPANY <br />By <br />Date: Aug. 13, 1963 <br />
