He furthermore <br />19 stated that two to four years ago an agreement was proposed by the Port of Oakland and the <br />20 City of San Leandro reyardin,a drainage through Port properties and that a proposed agreement <br />21 was submitted to San Leandro at that time but was not acted upon. The position of the City of <br />22 Oakland is that this matter should be acted upon simultaneously with the dumpincj of garbage. <br />23 The status of the annexation and deannexation of properties is, therefore, that no <br />24 further action is to be taken by the City of Oakla+id until such time as the agreement re- <br />25 garding dumping of garbage is executed <br />
