All that certain real property situated in the <br />Township of Eden, County of Alameda, State of California, <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the <br />northwesterly boundary line of that certain territcryannexed to the <br />City of San Leandro under Ordinance No. 846 N.S., a map of which was <br />filed November 16, 1951 in P:ap book 32 at page 28 thereof, Records of <br />Alameda County, California, with the northeasterly boundary line of <br />that certain territory annexed to the City of San Leandro under <br />Ordinance No. 860 N.S. a map of which was filed January 31, 1952 in <br />Map Book 32 at page 46 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California, <br />said point being also a point on the northeasterly right of way line of <br />Doolittle Drive, as said right of way line is delineated on last said <br />map, and running thence northeasterly along the aforesaid northwesterly <br />boundary line of territory annexed to the City of San Leandro under <br />Ordinance No. 846 N.S. to an intersection thereof with the southwesterly <br />line of the Southern Pacific Company right of way, 60 feet in wideth; <br />thence southeasterly along said southwesterly right of way line, said <br />right of way line also being the easterly line of aforesaid territory <br />annexed under Ordinance No. 846 N.S., to the western corner of that <br />certain territory annexed to the City of San Leandro under Ordinance <br />No. 63-59, a map of which was filed November 1'), 1963 in Map Book 43 at <br />page 22A thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; thence easterly <br />along the northerly boundary line of said territory annexed under <br />Ordinance 63-59 to an intersection with the westerly boundary line of <br />that certain territory annexed to the City of San Leandro under <br />Ordinance No. 723 N.S., a map of which was filed December 12, 1946 in <br />Map Book 9 at page 46 thereof, Records of Alameda County, Californa; <br />thence northerly along the westerly boundary line of said territory <br />annexed under Ordinance 723 N.S. to an intersection with the southerly <br />boundary of that certain territory annexed to the City of San Leandro <br />under Ordinance No. 831 N.S., a map of which was filed April 17, 1951 <br />in Map Book 29 at page 92 thereof, Records of Alameda County, California; <br />thence along; the southerly and southwesterly boundary of said territory <br />annexed under Ordinance 831, westerly, northwesterly, westerly, and <br />northwesterly to an intersection with the southerly boundary of aforesaid <br />territory annexed under Ordinance No. 723 N.S.; thence westerly along <br />said south boundary line to an intersection thereof with the aforesaid <br />northeasterly boundary line of territory anne;ced under Ordinance No. 860 N.S. <br />and said northeasterly right of way line of Doolittle Drive; thence south- <br />easterly along last said northeasterly boundary line to the point of <br />beginning. <br />LD 65-38 <br />Doolittle Drive Properties Annex <br />to the City of San Leandro <br />
