U ! <br />CITY nr_ "It I r."IM(t <br />LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMISSION OF ALAMEDA COUNTY <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65-15 <br />UHEREP3, there was submitted to the Local Agency Formation Cam - <br />mission on May 6, 1965, a proposal for San Leandro Industrial District <br />Unit No. 87, Doolittle Drive Properties Annex" to the City of San Leandro <br />and, <br />WHEREJkS, the Local Agency Formation Commission did at its meeting on <br />June 24, 1965, hold a public hearing on such proposal; and, <br />wf=, S, pursuant to the authority vested in the Commission by Chap- <br />ters 6.5 and 6.6 of Part 1, Division 2, Title 5, of the Government Code, <br />and in consideration of the requirements of said chapters, the Commission <br />has considered the proposal and the facts necessary to a determination of <br />said matter and finds that the interest of the City of San Leandro and the <br />planned groYuh of the area would be better served by annexation of the -en- <br />tire unincorporated island. <br />NOW, THEREFORE) BE IT RESOLVED, that the proposal for "San Leandro <br />Industrial District Unit No. 87, Doolittle Drive Properties Annex" to the <br />City of San Leandro is approved by the Local Agency Formation Commission, <br />subject to the modifications and conditions that: <br />1. The proposal be modified to include all of Assessment Parcel <br />No. 79A-422-3-1 and State -assessed parcel No. 872-1-117C, <br />Parcel 15. <br />2. The map and description be revised to include the parcels <br />identified in subparagraph 1, above, and that the revised <br />map and description conform with the corrections recom- <br />mended by the Boundary Commission in its Report No. 886 <br />and are approved by the Alameda County Surveyor. <br />3. Action be taken to annex Lo the East Bay Municipal Utility <br />District those areas in the modified proposal that are now <br />outside said District. <br />DATED: June 24, 1965 <br />
