."01 <br />AFFIDAVIT OF CQMPLETION OF ANNEXATION <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA ) <br />Richard M. West, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: <br />That he is now and at all times herein mentioned was the <br />duly appointed, qualified and acting Cleric of the City of5an, <br />e.eandro, a municipal corporation, and ex officio Clerk of the <br />City Council of said City. <br />That pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation of <br />Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, the City Council of the City <br />of San Leandro did, on October 25, 1965, adapt Ordinance No. 65-84 <br />annexing to the City of San Leandro the territory described in <br />said Ordinance, a certified copy of which ordinance is attached <br />hereto. <br />That said Clerk did Immediately thereafter transmit to the <br />Secretary of State a certified copy of sold Ordinance. <br />That there is attached hereto the certificate of the <br />Secretary of State filed in his office on October 28, 1965. <br />Executed this 29 day of October 5. <br />City Clerk and ex flcio Clerk <br />of the City Council <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me <br />this �9th day of October 1965 <br />WI Has E.
