r` <br />9 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 65 - 84 <br />AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT UNIT NO. 87 (Doolittle Drive <br />Properties) <br />Recitals <br />The Cety Council of the City of San Leandro on September 7, 1965, <br />on its own motion, passed Resolution No. 65 - 236 and thereby duly and <br />regularly initiated proceedings to annex the hereinafter described <br />territory. <br />Said territory consists of uninhabited territory as defined by the <br />Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939. <br />Prior to the passage of the above -mentioned resolution, the proposal <br />for the annexation of said property was submitted to and reported upon <br />by the Local Agency Formation <br />Commission in compliance with the provisions of the Government Code re- <br />lating to the alteration of boundaries. <br />Proceedings have been duly and properly held in compliance with the <br />Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939. <br />This Council has previously determined by resolution that protest <br />has not been made by the owner or owners of one-half of the value of the <br />property proposed to be annexed. <br />
