IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65 - 273 <br />RESOLUTION DETERMINING LACK OF MAJORITY PROTEST <br />(Doolittle Drive Properties) <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro on September 7, 1965, <br />on its own motion, passed Resolution No. 65 - 236 and thereby duly and <br />regularly initiated proceedings to annex the hereinafter described <br />territory. <br />The hour set in said resolution for hearing objections to the pro- <br />posed annexation, to wit: the hour of 8:15 o'clock p.m., Monday <br />October 18, 1965, has arrived, and no property owner of property within <br />the territory proposed to be annexed, or any person whatsoever, has filed <br />written or other protest against the proposed annexation at the place <br />set forth in said resolution. <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That this Council finds that protest has not been made by the owner <br />or owners of one-half of the value of the territory proposed to be annexed <br />in Industrial District Unit No. 87 (Doolittle Drive Properties). <br />Introduced by Councilman Taylor and passed and adopted this <br />18th day of October, 1965, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Kant, Pomares, Suerstedt, Swift and Taylor <br />Mayor: Maltester ( 6 ) <br />Noes: None ( 0 ) <br />Absent: None ( 0 ) <br />Attest: <br />Jack D.
