West, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: <br />That he is now and at all times herein mentioned was, the City <br />Clerk of the City of San Leandro, California; <br />That pursuant to the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of <br />1939 and Resolution No. 65-236 of the City Council of the City of San <br />Leandro, he mailed a copy of the attached Resolution Giving Notice of <br />Proposed Annexation of San Leandro Industrial District Unit No. 87 <br />(Doolittle Drive Properties) by placing the same In an envelope <br />addressed to all persons owning real property proposed to be annexed. <br />whose names and addresses appear on the last equalized assessment roll <br />of the County of Alameda. at said person's addresses as shown on such <br />roll, which envelope was thereafter, and on the 17th day of September. <br />1965, with postage fully prepaid thereon, deposited in the United <br />States mail at San Leandro, California; <br />That there is a delivery service by United States Mail at the <br />place so addressed, or regular communication by United States mail <br />between the place of mailing and the place so addressed. <br />Subscribed and sworn to before me <br />this 17th day of September, 1965. <br />Wilma E.
