TO THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />The undersigned, <br />hereby petition your Honorable 3ody to annex to the City of <br />San Leandro the hereinafter described property, and to that end <br />we respectfully represent: <br />That we are the owners of not less than one-fourth of the <br />area of land in such territory, to wit, that we own the whole <br />thereof, and that we represent not less than one-fourth of the <br />assessed value of such territory according to the last preceding <br />equalized assessment rcll of Alameda County in which said terri- <br />tory is situated, to wit, that we represent the whole of such <br />assessed value. <br />Tj also agree, in view of the fact that we shall receive all <br />the benefit of the existing bonded indebtedness of the City, to <br />pay our proper pro rata of such indebtedness. <br />The property hereby requested to be annexed is all that land <br />situated in the Township of Eden, County of Alameda, and State of <br />California, described on "sxhibit All hereto annexed and made a part <br />hereof. <br />Date: �S <br />11/2/64/sc <br />
