NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION PERTAIN- <br />1N(7,', TO THE ANNEXATION OF MULFORD <br />GARDENS TO THE CITY OF SAIL' LF.4.NDKO <br />Notice is hereby given that, pursuant tr; Resolution No. 3145 C.M.S. <br />of the City of San Leandro and to the Annexation Act of 1913, a special <br />election has been called, to be held on the 14th day of May, 1957, in <br />the territory hereinafter described and proposed to be annexed to the <br />City of San. Leandro for the purpose of submitting to the qualified elec- <br />tors residing in said territory the question whether or not such territory <br />shall be annexed to, incorporated in, and made a part of said City of San <br />Leandro. <br />Said territory is all that land situated in the Township of Eden, <br />County of Alameda, State of California,, and described as follows: <br />
