Whereas, all proceedings have been had in accordance with said reso- <br />lution and the Annexation Act of 1913, reference thereto hereby being made <br />for further particulars: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />Section 1, A special election hereby is called to be held on the <br />fourteenth day of May, 1957, in the territory hereinafter described and <br />proposed to be annexed to the City of San Leandro, for the purpose of <br />submitting to the qualified electors residing in said territory the ques- <br />tion whether or not such territory shall be annexed to, incorporated in, <br />and made a part of said City of San Leandro, and whether or not the pro- <br />perty in said territory shall, after such annexation, be subject to tax- <br />ation, equally with the property within the City of San Leandro, to pay <br />the entire bonded indebtedness of the City of San Leandro outstanding or <br />authorized at the date of the filing of the petition for annexation, for <br />the acquisition, construction, or completion of municipal improvements. <br />Said territory is all that land situated in the Township of Eden, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, and described as follows: <br />
