IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65 - 120 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ALAMEDA COUNTY TO <br />ANNEX TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO THOSE UNINCORPORATED PORTIONS OF <br />THE NIMITZ FREEWAY BOUNDED ON BOTH SIDES BY THE CITY OF SAN. LEAN-DRO <br />Recitals <br />By Resolution No. 64-43 adopted February 24, 1964, the City of San <br />Leandro requested the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County to an-iex to <br />the City of San Leandro certain portions of the Nimitz Freeway therein <br />described. In reviewing this request, the Local Agency Formation Committee <br />requested that the entire freeway area bounded on both sides by the City <br />of San Leandro be annexed to the City of San Leandro. The City Manager of <br />the City of San Leandro has reviewed this request and concurs in the <br />recommendation. <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said City Council hereby requet til-the Board of Supervisors to <br />take all necessary, proper or convenient steps pursuant to the provisions <br />of Article 7, Division 2, Title 4 of the Government Code (Section 35450 et <br />seq) to annex to the City of San Leandro all unincorporated portions of the <br />Nimitz Freeway bounded on both sides by the City of San Leandro, said high- <br />way or portion of highway being more particularly described as follows: <br />
