70 THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />The undersigned, UNITED CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS, a California cor- <br />poration, hereby petitions your Honorable Body to annex to the <br />City of San Leandro the hereinafter described property, and to <br />that end we respectfully represent: <br />That we are the owners of not less than one-fourth of the <br />area of land in such territory, to -wit, that we own the whole <br />thereof, and that we represent not 'Less than one-fourth of the <br />assessed value of such territory according to the last preceding <br />equalized assessment roll of Alameda County in which said terri- <br />tory is situated, to -wit, that we represent the whole of such <br />assessed value. <br />We also agree, in view of the fact that we will receive <br />all the benefit of the existing bonder' indebtedness of the City, <br />to pay our proper pro rata of such indebtedness. <br />The property hereby requested bo be annexed is all that land <br />situated in the Township of Eden, County of Alameda, and State of <br />California, described on Exhibit "A" hereto annexed and made a <br />part hereof. <br />UNITED CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS <br />Date <br />7/23/57/ah <br />
