Arch, Finance Officer <br />SUBJECT: District No. 1 and 3, and Washington Manor Community <br />Services District <br />As discussed in the Agenda Session I am attaching a letter <br />received from the County of Alameda Auditor -Controller regarding <br />the elimination of Distrit 1 and 3 as well as Washington Manor <br />Community Services District. <br />This should be on the Agenda of December 6th in order that we may <br />provide the County with a copy of the Resolution before <br />December 31st. <br />Since the bonds are paid off and we have $1,067 to our credit for <br />Washington Manor Community Services District it is recommended <br />that we comply with the County's request. <br />If you have any questions please give me a call. <br />7 <br />J.
