WFT,REAS, a special election was held and conducted on the 17th day of August, 1939, for the rurpose of annexing to and making a part of the City of San Leandro the hereinafter described property, and making such property, after annexation, subject to taxation equally with the property within the City of San Lea :ro, to pay that portion of the bonded indebt- edness of said City, outstanding at the date of annexation. Said property so proposed to be annexed to the City of San Leandro by said election is described as follovrs, to -wit: SEGL7?ITIlIG at the point of intersection of the Southwestern line of Foothill Boulevard r-ith the Northwestern line of Estudillo Avenue, as said Estudillo Avenue and Foothill Boulevard existed prior to the widening by the State Highway Commission as same now exists, said point of beginning being the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block "A" as said Lot and Block are so shown on that certaim filed map entitled "Estudillo F,states, San Leandro, Alameda County, California", etc., file May 29, 1926 in Book 11 of 114Ps at Pages 76 and 77 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, California and running thence North easterly across FOOt- hill 3oulevard, on a line of the Nort1rivestera line of Estudillo Avenue produced 7Tortheasterly to the point of intersection of the Northeastern line of Foothill Boulevard with the said Northwestern line of Estudillo Avenue, said point of intersection being the Northeastern corner of said streets as same existed before widening Commission for Foothill Boulevard as same by the State }'ighdaay now exists; thence -, ortheasterly along the said iicrthwestera line of Estudillo Avenue to an angle point in said line of said Avenue, as same exists of record; thence Southeasterly and crossing said Estudillo Avenue to the angle point in said Avenue on the opposite f said Eb Estudillo Avenue, the o Southeastern line oearing of referred to as "South 300 571 03" East", which said crossing is nty, on that certain filed reap entitled "TRACT 532, Alameda Cou California", etc., filed Tune 200 1938 in Bogk 29 of Maps at Pages 12 and �3 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, California; thence "Ortheasterly along said Southeastern line of Estudillo Avenue, along the yorthwestern boundary line of said " East (said bearing as shown on "TRRACT 532", :forth 476 �' 55 219.70 feet to the most said filed map last referred to) , Northern corner of Lo 81 T 532"; thence1South asterlycand leaving shown on said Map of TRACT 532 along the Northeastern said line of Estudillo avenue and running Lots 8 and 10 of said Block 2 of said "TRACT "10"long line of South 47 said ma bearings and distances he shown; East 22�.08 feet to a point on the Northwestern line of Sandelin Of Avenue, as said Avenue is alsoessa d on said line oDSandel�inCT 532"; thence Easterly along th Avenue then following courses mad distances shown on said filed ft
