RE:1634 IM:773 <br />AX152192 <br />BEGINNING on the southeastern right of way line of Marina <br />Boulevard, formerly known as First Avenue, 60 feet in width, <br />at the most northern corner of the territory annexed to the <br />City of San Leandro by Ordinance No. 1103 N.S. as shown on <br />the map filed December 16, 1957, in Map Book 40, page 15A, <br />Alameda County Records; thence along the City of San Leandro <br />boundary line established by Ordinance No. 758 N.S. as shown <br />on the map filed June 25, 1948, in Map Book 16, page 42, <br />Alameda County Records, northeasterly 251.89 feet, more or <br />less, to the City of San Leandro boundary line established <br />by Ordinance No. 1170 N.S. as shown on the map filed December <br />4, 1958, in Map Book 40, page 52A; thence along the City of <br />San Leandro boundary line established by said Ordinance No. <br />1170 N.S. south 28' 001 east 993.66 feet to the City of San <br />Leandro boundary line established by Ordinance No. 845 N.S. <br />as shown on the map filed November 16, 1951, in Map Book 32, <br />page 27, Alameda County Records; thence along the City of San <br />Leandro boundary line established by said Ordinance No. 845 N.S. <br />southwesterly 251.89 feet, more or less, to the City of San <br />Leandro boundary line established by the aforementioned <br />Ordinance No. 1103 N.S.; thence along the City of San Leandro <br />boundary line established by said Ordinance No. 1103 N.S. <br />993.66 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Section 4. A new section to be known as Section 7-2-217 is hereby <br />added to Title VII, Chapter 2 of the San Leandro Municipal Code to read <br />as follows: <br />"Section 7-2-217: On September .7,1965,.by Ordinance No. 65 - 63, <br />San Leandro Industrial District, Unit No. 88 (Robertson Truck -A -Ways, <br />Inc.) was annexed to this City. <br />Section 5. The property hereby annexed is hereby zones as 1-2 <br />District (General Industrial). <br />Section 6.
