RE:1634 IM:772 <br />AX1J2192 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 65 - 63 <br />ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, UNIT NO. 88 <br />(Robertson Truck -A -Ways, Inc.) <br />Whereas, Robertson Truck -A -Ways, Inc., requested in writing the <br />annexation to the City of San Leandro the property hereinafter described <br />and known as San Leandro Industrial District, Unit No. 88; and <br />Whereas, said Robertson Truck -A -Ways, Inc., is the sole owner of all <br />of the property proposed to be annexed; and <br />Whereas, said property constitutes enclosed territory as defined by <br />the Annexation of Enclosed Territory Act of 1963; and <br />Whereas, the proposal for said annexation was submitted to and reported <br />upon by the Alameda County Boundary Commission and the Local Agency Formation <br />Commission, in compliance with the provisions of the Government Code relating <br />to the alteration of boundaries; and <br />Whereas, proceedings have been duly and properly held in compliance <br />with the Annexation of Enclosed Territory Act of 1963: <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN <br />as follows: <br />Section 1. Annexation of San Leandro Industrial District, Unit No. 88 <br />(Robertson Truck -A -Ways, Inc., is hereby approved. <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to prepare under seal of <br />this City and transmit to the Secretary of State a certified copy of this <br />ordinance and upon receipt of a certificate of filing, to file with the <br />Recorder of the County of Alameda an affidavit of completion as required by <br />law. <br />Section 3.
