Site host training will include review of key hardware <br />and software terminology and operations, as well as emergency procedures. While these City staff <br />members will not be on call for support and will not respond or fix issues directly, it is imperative that if a <br />customer approaches them with a question, they can assist in directing the customer to the 24/7 customer <br />support options available and supported by the back office system.
