The NAHC will immediately identify a Native American most likely descendant (MLD) to inspect the site and provide recommendations within 48 hours for the proper treatment of the remains and associated grave goods. 92. Noise. Procedures with the highest noise potential shall be scheduled for daylight hours, when ambient noise levels are highest.
