11 SLPMA MOU 2023-2028 <br />• An overall performance evaluation rating of meets standards or better in the two (2) <br />years prior to application. Master Police Manager II/III: <br />• Possession of an Advanced POST Certificate. <br />• Completion of at least 29 units of college credit or at least 40 hours of Crisis Intervention Training. <br />• Completion of at least three (3) years of special assignment work, including at least two (2) qualified special assignments with the San Leandro Police Department. <br />• An overall performance evaluation rating of meets standards or better in the two (2) years prior to application. <br />Qualified Special Assignments <br /> ABC Team <br /> Bicycle Officer <br /> Canine Handler <br /> Commercial Enforcement Officer <br /> Crime Intelligence Officer <br /> Detectives & Professional Standards (including any regional task force) <br /> Drone Technician <br /> Evidence Response Team <br /> Evidence Technician <br /> Explorer Advisor <br /> Field Technician <br /> Field Training Officer (FTO) <br /> Homeless Liaison <br /> Honor Guard <br /> Peer Support Team <br /> Range Master/Armorer <br /> Recruitment Team <br /> School Resource Officer (SRO) <br /> Social Media Team <br /> Tactical Team (SWAT/HNT) <br /> Technology Team <br /> Tobacco Retail Team <br /> Traffic/Motorcycle <br /> Training Instructor (e.g., TASER, Gas, Less Lethal, Defensive Tactics, EVOC, Weaponless Defense, Tactical Communications) <br /> Wellness Team <br /> Other collateral duties may include a special project or unique assignment approved by the Police Chief (e.g., service on City-wide committee). Level I: For employees with at least 10 years of law enforcement experience as a sworn <br />peace officer (minimum of two (2) years with San Leandro), the City shall provide an incentive of two and one-half percent (2.5%) of base pay. <br />Level II: For employees with at least 15 years of law enforcement experience as a sworn peace officer (minimum of two (2) years with San Leandro), the City shall provide an incentive of five percent (5%) of base pay. <br /> <br />Level III: For employees with at least 20 years of law enforcement experience as a sworn peace officer (minimum of two (2) years with San Leandro), the City shall provide an incentive of seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of base pay. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: A7E56923-E844-4E1E-B28B-63758B9853B8
