No <br />remote/offshore resources will be used by Expert Assist. <br /> <br />Senior Office 365 Architect <br />Ulysses Ludwig, will assist with physical and logical architectural design, project management, design <br />meetings, technical oversight, and will serve as a documentation lead. Ulysses has well over 200 <br />SharePoint clients on his resume, multiple 2007/2010/2013 and Office 365 implementations and upgrades, <br />is a regular host for Penton Media (WinITPro webcasts), and is a contributing author for the SAMS <br />Unleashed SharePoint 2010 and 2013 books. Ulysses also hosts a SharePoint blog that receives 300-400 <br />unique users per day at https://www.sharepointassist.com. <br /> <br />Senior Office 365 SME and Project Manager <br />Jonathan Chen will serve as project lead from the Expert Assist side and assist with physical/logical design, <br />project management, upgrade/migration strategy, branding development, and deployment/UAT efforts. He <br />has been consulting with City of San Leandro since March 2014 and has worked closely with the three <br />most recent in-house SharePoint resources. In additional to supporting City of San Leandro, First Republic <br />Bank, MidPen, and many other clients, Jonathan is also a contributing author and the technical editor for <br />SAMS Unleashed SharePoint 2013. <br /> <br />Senior Office 365 Developer and Branding SME <br />Expert Assist may utilize a developer where needed. The developer will work directly with and be supported <br />by the SharePoint SME. <br /> <br />Junior Office 365 SME <br />Expert Assist may utilize one or more Junior SharePoint Admins (JSA) to assist the SharePoint SME with <br />the upgrade and migration tasks. The JSA will work directly with and be supported by the SharePoint SME. <br />RESOURCE AND COST SCHEDULE <br />Expert Assist can provide resources starting July 11, 2022. <br />Resource Cost <br />The hourly rates identified below will be applied to this project.
